Tammera Wells, Esq.

Since 1990, Tammera has provided a broad range of business and legal consulting services for real estate owners, developers, and investors, as well as for small-to-medium sized businesses. She is also an attorney for Hunter and Goodhue, PLLC, a boutique law firm based in Boulder, Colorado.

Tammera has provided strategic business and legal advice to small and medium sized businesses from the initial start-up phase, through significant growth and strategic capital events, to exit strategies and succession planning. Her business clients have included business owners and investors across multiple industries, including food manufacturing, hospitality, restaurants, internet, multi-media publishing, and local farming.

Tammera's previous real estate transactions have included property acquisition and disposition, capital raising through private placement of equity, financial restructuring, commercial financing and joint venture investment, project entitlements, creation of master planned communities, condominiums and planned unit developments, public-private partnerships, and conservation easements.

Tammera's real estate clients have included developers of large mixed-use, residential and hospitality projects, and she has served as project manager, working with designated local counsel, on several complex real estate projects nationwide.

Tammera is a member of the State Bar of California. She holds a B.S. from the University of Colorado in Business Administration, with a double-major in Finance and Accounting, and a J.D. from Stanford University Law School.
